Cancellation Policy
**PLEASE READ FULL CANCELLATION POLICY BELOW**
In the event a cancellation or reschedule is needed, please notify me NO LATER than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
There will be a 15-minute grace period allowed for arrival. Without prior communication, arriving later than 15 minutes or SAME day cancellations will result in your appointment being cancelled and you WILL BE CHARGED 50% of the service balance.
***No Call No Show appointments WILL BE CHARGED 50% of the remaining service balance and you will no longer receive approval of future services!
