Cancellation Policy
In the event a cancellation or reschedule is needed, please notify me no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
There will be a 15-minute grace period allowed for arrival. Arriving later than 15 minutes will result in your appointment being cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the service balance.
Same-Day or No Call No Show appointments will also be charged 50% of the service balance.
